Use support for product behavior, access, tenant configuration, and report workflow questions. Urgent contract disputes should still go through the appropriate union channel.

Useful reports include the tenant site, question asked, answer received, expected source or rule branch, and whether the issue can recur.

- Feedback should become a regression eval.
Contract disputes
ContractIQ can help surface source-bound information and rule-tool output, but it does not decide contested contract disputes. Tenant users should follow their union's escalation path for urgent or disputed matters.
